Singer Special 1929

A very nice special based on a Singer Super Six. This special was built in England and sold to the Netherlands in 2018. The Singer chassis is equipped with a 4-cylinder 2.4 Willys Whippet 96A engine from 1929 and an Austin 20 gearbox from 1920. The third gear is noisy but has never caused any problems. A nice combination that makes this special pretty fast with some nice botompower. The Singer has mechanical brakes and a 12 volt installation. The body is completely new, handmade, largely of aluminum. A very nice car for someone who wants to experience what it’s like to drive a pre-war car. There is a lot of documentation with the car.
